Celebrate The Holiday Season in High Heels Without Pain

Celebrate The Holiday Season in High Heels Without Pain

Sure, you love wearing high heels. They have the ability to make you feel and look great, but as you’re standing at your closet in front of your shoes, you’re pondering which pair is going to look great with your outfit, but also which is going to get you through the night with the least amount of pain.

After you put the finishing touches on your outfit, your face begins to wear the pangs of pinch and pain that you feel with every step.

Does this sound familiar?
Well, help is finally here!

Here are our podiatrist recommended tips to wear heels with more ease and comfort:

  • Make sure the shoe really fits
Get real with yourself and purge anything too small or too large. Too small will always squeeze and too large is a risk for falling. If you have a more round toe shoe and a slightly shorter heel you’ll be exponentially more comfortable.
  • Pad the areas where your feet are less than perfect
Also, take the time to pad the areas such as straps and heels that tend to rub against your feet and irritate them. We suggest trying 3-Point Products Gel Tubes for Fingers and Toes as well as Soothe & Heal™ Silicone Tape.
  • Pre-treat joint and muscle pain
We recommend a homeopathic analgesic such as the Topricin Foot Therapy Cream, which you'll see below as well. This product will not numb your feet and compromise your balance.
  • Keep the skin and nails of your feet healthy
Just as you keep your body in shape, it’s important to do the same with your feet. We recommend keeping your feet healthy with the Soleus Nail and Skin Restorative System.
  • Give your feet some love
After you take those high heels off, give your feet some love. Soak them and treat them again with Topricin Foot Therapy Cream and a nice foot massage.

Enjoy this time of year while you celebrate in style!
