How to Use
Terra-Cotta Foot Scrubber—Add a few drops of liquid soap to the Terracotta Foot Scrubber and gently scrub your feet. Focus on especially dry or callused areas, such as heels, balls of feet, and toes. Polish and smooth skin with the back side of the scrubber. This scrubber is best when used at the end of a shower or bath.
30% Urea Stick-Expose stick by twisting the bottom of the tube. Surface crystals are normal, wipe excess with tissue. Rub lightly on dry areas. Apply moisturizer if needed.
Care
Terra-Cotta Pumice Stone Foot Scrubber-Our Terra-Cotta tools last forever because they're fired in a kiln. Normally, they stay pretty clean between uses, especially if you rinse them well after you use them, because the pumice texture is on the surface, not all the way through like a pumice stone. We recommend using liquid soap, shower gel, or shampoo with your terracotta tool, instead of bar soap, which gets lodged in the pumicy and ribbed textures. If you have soap buildup already, simply use a nail brush and plenty of water to remove the soap.
For daily care, simply rinse after use and use a nail brush to remove any excess buildup. Let dry and store in a dry area.
If your Foot Scrubber is in need of a deeper clean or shows signs of mold, brush it using a nail brush on any cracks or openings to remove buildup, and then soak it in a cup of water to which you've added a tablespoon of bleach for 1-2 hours. Add a couple of drops of liquid soap, and then brush again. Rinse well and let dry. If it was moldy, a couple of hours in direct sunlight can help, too. Foot Scrubbers are also dishwasher safe.
