Sizing:

• Small - best for toes 2,3,4,5 in women and best for toes 4 & 5 in men
• Medium - best for toes 2,3,4,5 in women with larger sized feet and men
• Large - best for the big toe in women and men with smaller sized feet
• X-Large - best for big toes in men
• XX-Large - best for big toes in men

How To Use: 

• Apply All Gel Tubes to clean and dry toes.
• Cut tubes to desired length for proper fit or shaped into toe protectors, nail guards, bunion shields, corn or hammertoe protectors, etc.
• Remove cushion at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow the skin to breathe
