Use and Care:

Soak your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes to soften the skin. Then gently rub Professional Stainless Steel Foot File over any rough spots on your heels, balls of feet and toes. Apply gentle but firm pressure. After filing, rinse your feet thoroughly, pat feet dry and apply a good quality moisturizer.  Removing dead skin first allows moisturizers to penetrate much deeper and work more effectively.
