Soothes ,Achheilles Tendonitis and"Pump Bump," Cushion and protect the achilles tendon from pressure and priction and any tenderness in the back of your heels. Proprietary Visco-Gel releases mineral oil and vitamin E.

DIRECTIONS
Wash and dry foot. Slip sleeve on so that gel pad is placed where needed. Remove for at least 3 to 4 hours a day to allow skin to breathe.
CARE
Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse. Sprinkle with powder if gel becomes tacky. Material Content of Sleeve: Nylon/Lycra
WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before use. If numbness, discoloration, irritation, or additional pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin. Remove for at least 4 hours per day. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
